Program Development Manager
As Program Development Manager, Melissa Snow leads our digital products division that includes our digital signage platform, web and mobile applications. Melissa drives the digital product and platform development, content and programming management to ensure impactful initiatives are successfully launched for our clients.
Melissa has a strong understanding of the digital trends as well as client needs. She leverages that knowledge to develop innovative strategies involving web and mobile safety training, incident/observation reporting, and safety communication and recognition platforms that resonate with the employees as well as result in higher ROI for clients.
The interpersonal skills Melissa has developed throughout her career in leadership positions has proven especially effective at Indigo Workplace Communication. Exceeding client’s expectations is a goal Melissa strives for daily. She sets the example by creating strong, long-lasting relationships within multiple channels in accounts to exceed client’s expectations.
Besides serving our client’s needs, Melissa also uses her vast knowledge and experience to mentor and assist her fellow Indigo team members; often finding creative solutions to a challenge. Melissa also believes in infusing humor and fun in all she does. “We work hard daily to exceed our client’s expectations and you have to be able to find humor in things, even at the most stressful times. It is very empowering to work in an organization where everyone understands the impact they have in creating engaging communications to provide information to our client’s employees improve their work and home life.”
Before joining Indigo in 2000, Melissa served as Operations Manager for a Marketing organization overseeing operations, marketing, and customer and employee relations. Through the company’s acquisition of several businesses, Melissa oversaw the integration of the printing, graphic design, packaging, and logistics divisions. She created extensive cross-training platforms for sales, customer service and logistics to shorten ramp up time by 3 months. Prior to that, Melissa created a promotional marketing division involving strategic marketing channels within the existing client base that increased sales by 19%.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She has 20+ years of extensive experience in marketing, recruiting, product management, strategic planning and customer relations. In her spare time, Melissa volunteers as a Scholarship and Philanthropy Advisor for Chi Omega Fraternity at TAMUC, mentoring future business leaders and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and scouring antique festivals across Texas.
